The CEO and President, Ms. Theresa Blackwell, has an extensive technology background, with hands-on experience in data management, systems integration, application modernization, mobile application design and deployment, and leading edge SharePoint implementations.
Ms. Blackwell is involved in the initiation of new and renewed tasks, and regularly checks in with the client to ensure performance and schedule are on track. While employing a competent and trustworthy staff, she places the client and customer satisfaction first and foremost, making herself accessible and available.
One of the drivers for Ms. Blackwell to start her own venture was her desire to provide excellence in service in a highly responsive manner. Working within the larger corporate structures proved frustrating with the often lack of streamlining to meet client needs—in her own shop she is able to ensure that she meets client requirements, especially those in crisis or emerging requirement status without the typical bureaucratic delays. While Virtuo operates within all legal and ethical boundaries for execution of tasks, she employs a staff that is like-minded and is motivated to be responsive to meet client needs including contracts, support, and development.
In addition to responsiveness, Virtuo values professionalism and high technical abilities and strives to provide the highest quality personnel for each task execution, whether the engagement is short- or long-term.
